In one week of public Play Store reviews for India's 10-minute apps, 1 in 5 angry reviews was about a missing item or a refund. A typical ticket: Amul Butter 100 g (₹49) missing from a ₹247 basket. The support bot plans to refund ₹49 right away.
02 · The miss
Why the obvious safeguard didn’t catch it
Refund every claim and you pay twice when the item was already auto-refunded; deny claims and customers leave. A photo-and-queue process makes the genuine customer wait for what the ledger already knows.
03 · RiskGate
List, play forward, decide
